Tina will give us an overview of neurodivergent conditions and executive function challenges frequently encountered by professional organizers when working with clients. She will share practical compensatory skills and communication techniques to help organizers meet these clients where they are and take them where they want to be.
Tina Browne Hart is a masters prepared counselor and board certified coach with over 30 years of experience in education and mental health. Through the eight years that she has been in this practice she has coached hundreds of students and adults who needed to increase their productivity while still enjoying their life. Her intention is to create a safe and nurturing environment for her clients to learn to recognize, be responsible for and ultimately celebrate the way their brain is wired.
